As the spread of COVID-19 presents challenging and unprecedented times for us all, I wanted to take the time to write to you all regarding what steps we will be taking.

The wellbeing of our employees, customers and partners is at the forefront of everything that we do. We are closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and will adhere strictly to Government advice, whilst remaining fully committed to providing an ongoing service to customers across all areas of our business to the best of our ability under the circumstances.

At this current point in time, we are continuing to work across sites and projects, and are reviewing and monitoring developments continuously as this situation will inevitably continue to evolve.

The UK situation is moving very fast, and although we have team members who remain operational and our office team working remotely to maintain as mych structure and business as usual, I need to clarify that there will be changes made to how we operate.

We are currently establishing a group wide response and are working on a business continuity plan to ensure we can continue to provide services during these unprecedented times, however to ensure the safety of our team and others they may come into contact with, projects will be limited to a small team that can adhere to the government guidelines of maintaining distancing and hygeine practices.

We ask that all custoemrs and partners please work with us to ensure the safety of all team members by following these guidelines outlined;

- 2 meters apart from anyone at all times

- Wash hands thoroughly using a disinfectant soup after any contact

- Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces in the workplace such as workstations, countertops, doorknobs etc

- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands

- For those sites that remain open and operational, we ask you to carefully consider restricted access to your premises or site, and ask staff and visitors alike to confirm whether they have, or anyone they have come into contact with has, a cough or fever. If yes, they should politely be declined entry.

- Evaluate site-specific risks. COVID-19 adds a different dimension to the normal safety requirements on site, Ensure you implement the latest recommendations from the government and the Health and Safety Executive: COVID-19 latest inform
